If your address on file was updated to your account less than 30 days ago, you can order a new debit card to your new address by opening a secure message in Easy Support and requesting a new debit card.


If you do not wish to use Easy Support to order a new debit card, you may also contact us by phone or live chat or visit any of our banking center locations to order a new debit card.


To proceed with an Easy Support debit card request, follow the instructions below:



In your message, you will need to include the following: 


  • A written request to order a new debit card to your new address
  • Your full account number (if you have multiple accounts)
  • Your new address on file
  • Your valid phone number should we need to contact you about your request
  • An attached copy of a valid government issued photo ID and your signature and date.


You can simply lay your photo ID atop a blank sheet of paper with your name signed and today's date, then take a photo of your photo ID and signature with your Camera app and attach the photo in the message by selecting the +Attach option.




You can also submit a faxed request to 502-561-7155 with your full name, account number, phone number, new address, a copy of a valid government issued photo ID and written request to order a new debit card to your new address.


Submitting the "Request a Debit Card" form in online banking will result in a denied request if your address on file with Republic Bank is less than 30 days old.
