When you receive a Fraud Alert from Republic Bank, we will NEVER ask you for your username, password, or one-time passcode to your online account in order to verify your transaction. You will be prompted to respond like this:


Y    -  By sending a 'Y' you are confirming that the transaction presented to you is legitimate. Your card will be unlocked within 5-10 minutes of the system receiving your 'Y' response.


   - By texting 'N' you are telling us that you did NOT make the purchase. We will stop the transaction and text you a number to call to validate outstanding charges, prevent any further fraud and start the process of getting you a new card.

STOP - You can text 'STOP' at anytime to end your text based Fraud Alert services.
