Can't access your mobile banking* account? 


Unlock and reset your password by using Republic Bank's Forgot Login on the mobile banking app. We'll text or call you with a temporary password to the phone number associated with your Online & Mobile Banking* account.

  1. Open your Republic Bank Mobile Banking app*.
  2. Tap Forgot Login below the Username and Password fields


3. Enter your phone number, enter your username, and tap send me a new password.

RECEIVEING YOUR TEMPORARY PASSWORD BY TEXT MESSAGE OR VOICE CALL**

If you have enabled your phone number to receive texts within Republic Bank’s Security Options in the past, we’ll text you from short code 448-33 with your temporary password.

If you have not enabled your phone number to receive texts, we’ll call you from 888-782-3333 with your temporary password.

The temporary password will be a mix of small or lowercase letters with some numbers. Use this password next time you log into your Personal Online & Mobile Banking account. The temporary password will expire within 30 minutes of receiving your password by voice call or text message.


     

UPDATING YOUR NEW PASSWORD

1. Enter your temporary password a second time in the 1st  box. 


2. Enter your new password of your choice in the 2nd box.

                       

PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of six characters, use a mix of letters, numbers, or symbols. Your passwords must match in boxes 2 & 3.

 3. Repeat your new password in the 3rd box.


4. Tap Change.

**For security purposes, we may ask you to identify your identity on the device in which you are accessing your account. We may send a one-time passcode by voice call or text message in order to verify your identity before you are able to update your new password.
