Maybe you're waiting for your new card in the mail, or maybe you left it at home in a safe place. Regardless of where you left it, you can set up and view your digital card securely in Card Alerts & Controls* to make online purchases, store the card with a merchant, and pay for subscriptions.
On the Services menu of the Republic Bank Mobile app, select Card Alerts & Controls, then select "View Digital Card" under your Card Details.
Card Alerts & Controls will need to send you a Security Token. Your Security Token will be a one-time passcode. Select how you would like to receive the token - by email or text* message. When you receive the Security Token, enter it in the Security Token text box and select "Next."
Your card will be visible for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If you need more time, you will need to repeat the steps above. We DO NOT recommend using your device screen capture feature to store your card on your phone. Please use the Security Token available to you 24/7 in the Card Alerts & Controls feature when you need digital access to your card.
* Turning off your card in Card Alerts & Controls only prevents the card from being used, it does not close your card. Recurring transactions will still process. Turning your card off is not a replacement for reporting your card as lost or stolen. Contact us immediately at 888-584-3600 if you believe your card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity.
