Be sure to select the “Take Photos” button to begin the Mobile Deposit process. Selecting “Front of check” and “Back” separately may leave the “Check Amount” incomplete.
If the check amount is incomplete or incorrect, you may have other errors listed, such as “Deposit incomplete: capture back photo”.
You can edit the dollar amount by selecting the greyed-out dollar signs to edit the amount and manually add in or correct the amount before you proceed to the next step.
Work to resolve the errors until a green check mark is presented with “No Errors.”
