You can find your Card Alerts & Controls** feature in your Personal Online & Mobile* Banking account.
The easiest way to find Card Alerts & Controls is to select 'Manage Card Alerts & Controls' under your deposit checking account in your Accounts widget.
You can find 'Manage Card Alerts & Controls' in desktop online banking, or in the mobile banking app*.
An alternative way to find Card Alerts & Controls is in the More menu in the app, and on the More Services menu in desktop online banking.
*Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
** Turning off your card in Card Alerts & Controls only prevents the card from being used, it does not close your card. Recurring transactions will still process. Turning your card off is not a replacement for reporting your card as lost or stolen. Contact us immediately at 888-584-3600 if you believe your card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity.
