Do you need to update your email address in the Card Alerts & Controls** feature, so that you can receive your card alerts* to the email address you'd like?


You will first need to log into your desktop online banking at RepublicBank.com to visit the Alerts & Notifications feature. 


1. Select Notifications in the top right menu in online banking, and select Settings.



2. Scroll to the bottom and select Alerts & Notifications under Other Settings.



3. Now that you are in the Alerts & Notifications feature, you should see your email address that is listed in the Card Alerts & Controls alert delivery options.


Select Update under 'Email alerts are sent to' and add your email for card alerts. 


Save your changes.



4. Visit your Card Alerts & Control alert delivery options and see that your email address is now changed to receive card alerts to that email address. Toggle ON your Alert Delivery Option for Email, if you have not already.

** Turning off your card in Card Alerts & Controls only prevents the card from being used, it does not close your card. Recurring transactions will still process. Turning your card off is not a replacement for reporting your card as lost or stolen. Contact us immediately at 888-584-3600 if you believe your card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity.
