You can cancel a recurring payment plan to your Credit Card by selecting your MasterCard account in your My Accounts list in Personal Online & Mobile Banking.
1. In your EZcard account menu, select Manage Recurring Payments under the Payments tab.
2. Your current payment plan will display with the option to cancel the plan or to cancel the current plan and create a new plan. To cancel the plan, select Cancel Plan.
3. You will then receive a confirmation asking if you would still like to cancel the current payment plan. Select Cancel Plan if you wish to cancel.
