To file a credit card dispute online, you will first need to log in to your Personal Online & Mobile Banking account and select your Mastercard credit card in your account list.


1. From your EzCard Mastercard profile, hover over Transactions, and select Search Transactions.


2. Select the transaction you would like to dipsute on the Transaction screen.


3. Select Dispute This Charge presented under the Transaction Detail


4. Enter the amount you need to dispute and select YES or NO for question presented.


5. Select YES or NO for the question about resolving your dispute with the merchant, then select one statement that pertains to your dispute claim. 


6. Provide any information that would be helpful to resolve your dispute in the text box presented.



7. Print and manually submit your dispute OR print and submit your dispute electronically. If 'Print and Submit Dispute Manually' is selected, this would indicate manual submission has been selected indicating you would be responsible for mailing or faxing the completed dispute form to our offices.
