1. To update or remove your U.S. mobile number and email address in your Zelle settings, you will need to log in to your online & mobile banking account and visit Send Money with Zelle in the Move Money menu. You can do this online or in the mobile app.


2. Select the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the Zelle landing page.



3. In the Zelle settings menu, you will see the mobile number and email address associated with your Zelle account. You can add up to 2 mobile numbers and 2 email addresses.



4. Select the + icon to add a mobile number or to add an email address. Enter your mobile number or email address. You will then receive a 6-digit verification code to verify your identity and your Zelle contact information. 


If you entered in your mobile number, you will receive the 6-digit code to your SMS text messages - check your text messages and enter the 6-digit code on the verification screen in the Republic Bank mobile banking app.


If you entered in your email address, you will receive the 6-digit code to your email address - check your email and enter the code sent to you by email on the verification screen in the Republic Bank mobile banking app.


Select Verify to proceed and successfully add your mobile number or email address.



5. You can then remove any other mobile number or email address associated with your Zelle account that you no longer use or need by selecting the "enrolled" X icon next to the mobile number or email address you want to remove.


You will be presented with a message "Are you sure you want to delete (xxx)xxx-xxxx?" for Zelle notifications. Select Delete to delete the email or mobile number.
