We reccommend the below Settings to ensure you are able to access your online banking account properly.


To visit Google Chrome settings, go to the 3 dots in the top right corner of your browser and select Settings in the menu.



Privacy and Security:


From your Google Chrome settings menu, select Privacy and Security on the left hand side of your screen and select Site Settings under Privacy and Security menu.




Select Cookies and other site data in the Content menu.




  1. Ensure first- and third-party Cookies are enabled – select the option “Allow all cookies”
  2. Ensure cookies are remembered when all windows are closed – disable the toggle for “Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows”
  3. Ensure tracking prevention is set to disabled – disable the toggle for “Send a Do Not Track request with your browsing traffic"




Go back to the Site Settings menu by selecting the back arrow next to Cookies and other site data.


JavaScript:


Select JavaScript in the Content menu.



4. Allow JavaScript (set to default) – select “site can use JavaScript” option




Go back to the Site Settings menu by selecting the back arrow next to JavaScript.


Pop-ups and redirects:


Select Pop-ups and redirects in the Site Settings menu.



5. Ensure sites can use pop-ups and use redirects – select the option for “Sites can send pop-ups and redirects”





Your Google Chrome site settings will save automatically.


Close your browser and relaunch Google Chrome from your device. Log into your Republic Bank online banking account.
