To sign up for Card Alerts & Controls*, log into your online & mobile banking account and select Card Alerts & Controls in the menu.
In Online Banking, visit More Services and select Card Alerts & Controls under the Card Management header.
In the Republic Bank Mobile banking app, select Manage Card Alerts & Controls in your My Accounts widget.
Once you select Card Alerts & Controls, you are signed up and ready to begin managing and customizing your Republic Bank debit and credit cards.
* Turning off your card in Card Alerts & Controls only prevents the card from being used, it does not close your card. Recurring transactions will still process. Turning your card off is not a replacement for reporting your card as lost or stolen. Contact us immediately at 888-584-3600 if you believe your card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity.
