If you have the same accounts displaying twice on your Home page, you may have added Republic Bank accounts to the Money Management tool sometime in the past. The duplicated accounts will display under "My Outside Accounts" - this is the one we will need to remove.
To remove the duplicated Republic account from Money Management, follow these steps:
You will need to remove that one. To do so, visit Money Management on the menu.
From the Money Management menu on the left, select "Accounts", then select "Manage".
Here you will see all the connections to other banks you may have added to Money Management. Republic Bank accounts can be added as an outside institution as “Republic Bank (KY)”.
Select the Connection that only says “Republic Bank (KY)” (not “Republic Bank & Trust”).
Scroll to the bottom if you have a lot of accounts and select “Disconnect this institution”, so Money Management stops sharing duplicated account information to your Accounts widget.
Money Management will ask you why you would like to disconnect this institution. Select “Other” to indicate it is an institution as duplicated. Select "Disconnect" and then select "Done".
You should then only see one institution for “Republic Bank & Trust” in your Money Management connections, as well as any other outside accounts from other connections you may have linked to the feature for your financial view.
Select "Home" on the Online Banking menu.
Your accounts displayed in the Accounts widget will return to one connection from Republic Bank’s host, rather than both Money Management Republic accounts and Republic Bank & Trust accounts.
