If the accounts in question are unhidden/set to show in the Account Preferences, but are still hidden in the My Accounts widget, the accounts may be hidden in Money Management.
Any accounts hidden in Money Management will not display in the Accounts widget, unless you unhide the accounts in Money Management.
To unhide accounts in Money Management, visit Money Management in desktop or mobile banking.
In the desktop online banking dashboard, select "My Finances" on the blue navigation menu. If you are in the mobile banking app you can find "My Finances" tab on the bottom of the app after you log in.
Go to the Manage Connections icon in the top right corner (looks like a bank building).
Then, select the Financial Institution and the account you want to unhide. It will have hidden in parenthesis.
Toggle ON the "show this account" switch.
Refresh to My Accounts to see if the account now displays in the Accounts widget.
