Confirm all sides and corners are in the check image, removing the background as much as possible. Foreign items, such as a thumb or other items should not be visible.
As you line up your sides and corners, some background may be present. The snap feature should trim the excess background for you after you snap the image. It’s normal to have a check that is different than your devices screen size.
