To reactivate the account for usage, please submit a +New Message using Easy Support, letting us know you would like to reactivate a dormant account for usage. A Republic Bank representative can reactivate the account by the end of the next business day. You may also contact us directly or visit a banking center location with a government issued photo ID to reactivate a dormant account.


Once the account is reactivated for use, we recommend that a transaction be completed for a successful active status moving forward.


To avoid dormant account statuses in the future, please complete a transaction in deposit accounts at least once a year. Set a personal reminder in Account Alerts* & Notifications to make a Republic Transfer whenever is convenient for you.
