If the account is dormant, Republic Bank will mail a letter to the accountholder(s) for awareness and solution to reactivate the account for usage.
If it’s been awhile since a deposit account has been used, the account will be listed in Online & Mobile* Banking, My Accounts widget as normal. However, if a Republic Transfer is attempted to or from a dormant account, an error message is received after confirming the transfer.
