1. Visit Move Money on the Online Banking menu, and then select External Transfers.
2. Select the Activity tab on the External Transfers tool bar and locate your transfer you wish to cancel. Select the blue triangle button to view the details.
3. Next, select the Cancel button in the transfer details. Follow the simple instructions to confirm your cancellation.
