On occasion, an error may occur when attempting to enroll to receive an eBill or stop an eBill. If this happens, you will see an error message below the payee name.

Click the “Correct the issue now” link and the eBill tab in the Options window will display.

If we are encountering a specific error, a descriptive error message will be displayed to you at the top of the eBill window. Usually, entering your eBill information again will resolve the issue. If entering your eBill information does not resolve the issue, please contact us.

We will also send you an email notification if any of the following eBill errors are encountered:

  • Your eBill enrollment was unsuccessful
  • Additional steps are required to complete eBill enrollment
  • Access to your eBill is unavailable due to invalid login information
  • Your eBill was not delivered due to an account number mismatch
  • Your eBill is not received in the expected timeframe
  • An automatic payment rule based on your eBill was not executed
