There can be a few reasons why you may not receive a text or phone call to your device.


1. Your phone number may be incorrect in your Security Options within your account - call us to have us check on that for you.


2. Your device has blocked Republic Bank's short code or phone number - check your devices' blocked numbers to be sure 888-782-3333 or incoming calls from us, or short code 448-33 for incoming verification texts* from us, and be sure they are not being blocked.


3. Your phone provider has block automated phone calls or texts - Contact your phone provider to have 888-782-3333 and short code 448-33 unblocked.
