An email address or mobile number can only be linked to ONE Zelle account.

If the email address or mobile number is already linked to another Zelle account, you will be prompted to change your email address or mobile number OR to transfer the email address or mobile number from the existing Zelle account to the new account.

If you choose to transfer your email address or mobile number to another Zelle account, the email address or mobile number you decided to transfer will no longer be available to send, request, or receive transactions through Zelle at the existing financial institution.

Example: 502-555-5555 is linked to PNC Bank Zelle and I want to link it to Republic Bank Zelle. I will click TRANSFER and once 502-555-5555 is changed to Republic Bank Zelle, it will no longer be available in PNC Bank Zelle.
