CREATING A SECURITY PIN FOR EXTERNAL TRANSFERS

If you have not created a funds transfer in the External Transfers feature, you will need to create a security PIN to complete any funds transfer you process using the External Transfers feature.

The External Transfers security PIN is not the same as your debit card PIN, or the one-time passcode you enter when listening to your transactions on our Easy Account Access line.

You can create an External Transfers security PIN during the process of the first funds transfer you create in the External Transfers feature, or you can go to the ADD PIN tab in the External Transfers feature and create the PIN before you begin the transfer.

To create your PIN you will need to enter your social security number, enter your PIN of your choice based on the PIN requirements and create 2 security questions.

External Transfer PINs requirements include four (4) characters total – at least one (1) number and one (1) letter.

ENTERING YOUR SECURITY PIN WHEN PROCESSING AN EXTERNAL TRANSFER

After you have reviewed and confirmed your external transfer, you will receive the Enter PIN page. You will then need to enter your security PIN for each External Transfer you confirm to complete your transfer.

After your security PIN is entered successfully when processing an external transfer, your transfer will be completed successfully.

RESETTING YOUR SECURITY PIN

If you are in the process of creating a transfer, you can simply reset your security PIN after reviewing and confirming your transfer. Select ‘Forgot your security PIN?’ below the text box to reset your PIN.

You can also reset your PIN by going to the ADD PIN tab if you wanted to reset before you create a transfer.

You can reset your PIN as often as you would like based on the requirements of characters.
