You are able to update your phone number in your Online and Mobile Banking* account to receive your one time pass code, so that you may access your account if you are logging into a new device.


NOTE: Avoid adding temporary, friend, or family member phone numbers. If it's listed as a security option, your online bank account is accessible by the individual who owns that phone number. We will notify you by email any time your Security Options have changed. 


1. From your Online Banking account, select My Settings in the top right menu of your account. 


If you are logged into the app, tap Settings gear in the top right corner of your More menu. Then, tap My Settings.


2. Visit the Security Options section of My Settings.

3. Select Edit next to Security Options. 

4. Edit or add a your phone number. Select the blue 'x' icon to remove a phone number. 

5. Click Save.


For security reasons, you must have at least one phone number in your Security Options in order to access your account when logging into an unre. You will need to enter a current password to verify your changes.
